We only collect data that you voluntarily provide to us:

• Booking form: name, company/agency, email, country, event name, event date and message, submitted through the booking inquiry form on the site.
• Local preferences: your selected language (IT/EN) and your cookie banner choice are saved only in your browser's local storage (localStorage) and are never transmitted to our servers.

Data submitted via the booking form is processed to respond to your booking/contact request, based on your explicit consent given when submitting the form (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).

We do not use your data for direct marketing purposes nor do we sell it to third parties.

The Music section of the site embeds a SoundCloud player. The player is only loaded after you accept non-essential cookies via the cookie banner: before acceptance, no SoundCloud content or cookie is requested. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Data submitted via the booking form is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and, afterwards, for the period required by applicable legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
